Feeling stressed? Relief is just a few breaths away. This session includes several relaxation practices, breath techniques, and gentle movements intended to ease and manage stress as well as to promote mindful awareness, proprioception, and interoception. Simple and practical, these techniques can be incorporated easily during the school day in order to navigate challenges and to promote self-care. This session is appropriate for everyone.
